Registration fee. The deadline for paying the registration fee is November 15, 2018. The registration fee for participants
is 5500 rubles. For students and graduate students, participation
in the conference is free of charge. The registration fee covers, among
other things, the publication of the book of abstracts (“Materials of the
Conference”) in print and electronic formats (on the conference website and
on elibrary.ru, with DOI assigned to each article) and a reception (welcome
party) that will be held at the end of the first day of the conference.
Participation in the conference dinner (optional) should be paid
additionally (3000 rubles). Requisites for payment of the
registration fee (bank account, etc.) will be sent to participants upon the
decision of the Program Committee on accepting their talks/posters. The abstracts of those participants who will pay the registration fee after the deadline will not be included in the book of abstracts.
Visa. Citizens of other countries may need a visa to
visit the Russian Federation. One can find information on visa requirements
on the websites of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Russian
consulate in your country. The Organizing Committee provides visa support
for all participants by their request.
Accomodation. The participants are encouraged to arrange
their accommodation on their own, for instance using www.booking.com website. Some nearby hotels can be found here.

Poster requirements. Poster height should not exceed
120 cm and its width should not exceed 90 cm (for example,
portrait-oriented A0 paper satisfies these requirements).
