The special seminar is devoted to mathematical questions of the dynamics of complex quantum systems. At the moment, the following topics are being studied: mathematical issues of the dynamics of open quantum systems, information paradox in black holes, mathematical description of complex systems in biology, invariant measures and their continuation. Also, such fundamental questions of mathematical and theoretical physics as justification of statistical mechanics and thermodynamics, irreversibility of time, processes of thermalization (establishment of thermal equilibrium) are always in the focus of our attention.
One of the goals of the special seminar is to help undergraduate and graduate students and young scientists take their first steps in scientific work. Lecturers of the seminar offer its participants topics for independent study, further research, the subsequent presentation of the studied material or the results of research at the seminar. The seminar has been running since 2006, during which time its participants have published many scientific articles. You can join the special seminar at any time. It is possible to do courseworks and graduation works.
