The law of reciprocity - the history and present state

The report will be given insight into the history of the law of reciprocity, since Fermat, Euler, Gauss, Kummer, Hilbert, and to the present day. We will attempt to show the use of explicit reciprocity law, according to the understanding of the audience, including cryptography.
