On upper bounds of Manin type

Following the work of Sho Tanimoto we will describe the connection between certain birational invariants of polarized algebraic varieties and their arithmetical properties. In particular, we will obtain some bounds for the number of rational points on three-dimensional Fano varieties with Picard number greater than 1 in terms of their delta-invariants.
