Homological dimensions of Banach spaces

We discuss a new paper "Homological dimensions of Banach spaces" by F. C. Sanchez, J. M. F. Castillo, and R. Garcia. The main result is that the homological dimension of a Hilbert space is infinite. The idea of proof is based on standard methods of Banach geometry and on an adaptation of Yoneda's extension theory to the category of Banach spaces.
