Quantum invariants of 3-manifolds with boundary

Kauffman and the speaker defined quantum invariants of compact oriented 3-manifolds with boundary such that the boundary is a disjoint union of two diffeomorphic closed oriented surfaces. We used quantum invariants of framed virtual links introduced by Dye and Kauffman (arXiv:math/0407407).
