Abstract: We consider a system of an intense low-frequency weakly elliptical laser pulse and an electron with a nonzero orbital momentum in the atom. Under the influence of an external force, the electron is ionized, propagates and then disperses on the atom. The purpose of our work was to derive the law of momentum distribution for photoelectrons, since the pulses of such rescattered electrons are observable quantities that carry a lot of information about the properties of an atom.
