Negative curves on algebraic surfaces, on a paper by Th. Bauer, B. Harbourne, A.l. Knutsen, A. Küronya, S. Muller-Stach, T. Szemberg

In the work studied curves of negative self-intersection on algebraic surfaces. It's showed that there exist smooth complex projective surfaces $X$, such that $X$ contains reduced, irreducible curves of arbitrary negative self-intersection. Also there is considered other related questions about lower bounds of self-intersection of curves on algebraic surfaces.
