Dessins d'enfants and modular forms

Historically, the first dessins d'enfants and Bely functions appeared in the works of Klein almost 150 years ago in connection with the computation of coverings of modular curves. In this talk we will demonstrate a method for computing Belyi pairs using modular forms. We will also show how (quasi-)modular forms appear in the listing of certain families of dessins d'enfants.
