Models of uniformly 2-nondegenerate CR hypersurfaces - Part II

Abstract: This talk will cover an intrinsic geometric description of some basic invariants of uniformly 2-nondegenerate CR hypersurfaces encoded their models. These invariant relate to Tanaka prolongation techniques that can be applied to estimate symmetry group dimensions. I will also present a case-study of a special class of 2-nondegenerate models in $\mathbb C^4$ that realize possible values of these invariants. By finding the structures in this special class for which these invariants are constant we recover a known classification of the homogeneous models.
