S̆varc–Milnor quasi-isometries for Fuchsian groups

Abstract: It is proved that the S̆varc–Milnor quasi-isometries for cocompact Fuchsian groups are not almost-isometric. The proof relies on density properties of different kinds of spectra associated with the action.
