Weak elementary fibrations

The notion of a weak elementary fibration is introduced. It is proved that such objects exist in certain interesting cases. This notion is a modification of M. Artin's notion of an elementary fibration. The results will be applied in a forthcoming paper to get new facts about the Grothendieck–Serre conjecture.
