On constructive characteristics for Marcinkiewicz type strong transformations of Fourier series in $C(T^m)$ classes

In this paper we establish relations between constructive characteristics of the functions $f\in C(T^m)$ and strong Marcinkiewicz type transformations (in particular average Marcinkiewicz type summation methods) of Fourier series by the trigonometric system.
