Abstract: Theoretical and experimental data obtained as a result of years research of electricity field in MYISP, GSHI, KBSU, CBMI (KBHOW), CBIB and MP "Electrotechnology that with the increase of the frequency in the alternating current to $f_{\text{ξος}} = 400$Hz massogabarity of transformers decrease $3$-$3,5$ times, and AD $3.5$-$4$ times compared to the frequency of $50(60)$ Hz.
A simplified method for preliminary evaluation of active mass decrease in low power asynchronous motors with frequency increase.
The recommendations are provided for the rational design of electric machines and mechanisms with low power asynchronous motors as frequency increase.

Keywords: Electromagnetic devices, transformers, induction motors, system frequency, higher frequency, reducing mesohabitat.
