Impact of the climatic changes on exogenous processes and recreational complexes of Prielbrusie

The work is devoted to the problem of climatic changes (temperature, precipitation) in Prielbrusie (Elbrus region, Kabardino-Balkarian Republic), degradation of Elbrus glaciers as a factor that activate debris flow, avalanches and other natural hazards. We propose preventing measures from negative consequences and protection for recreational facilities from avalanches, mud flows and glacial lakes.
