The regulatory framework for a legitimate solution to the problem is weak, and it needs to be finalized at the local and federal levels. The article suggests one of the solutions to this problem. It is required to develop a number of standard solutions for arranging balconies in the same style for the entire building. One variant of a lightweight welded metal frame is offered for the arrangement of balconies along the entire height of the building. As a result, instead of balconies, we can talk about creating false bay windows.
