A frequency criterion for stability of sampled-data system for control of the generator oscillation phase

A frequency criterion is obtained for stability of sampled data phase systems with one discontinuous nonlinearity. The criterion permits estimating the region in the sampled-data system parameter space where the control is captured by the oscillation phase of a level-quantized generator.
