On stability of viscoelastic plate equilibrium

Abstract: In this paper, consideration is given to stability of viscoelastic plate equilibrium subject to torsional deformation and influence of the approach airflow in the presence of permanent perturbations. Nonstationarity of streamlining is taken into consideration by introducing integral terms into moments of aerodynamic forces affecting the plate. Is constructed a general solution to the integro-differential equation of the Volterra type in partial derivatives in the neighborhood of the equilibrium position.
