Investigation of stability-similar properties of solutions to nonlinear systems

Consideration is given to the system of differential equations with the “partial” equillibrium position that is a generalization of systems of differential equations describing critical cases of $k$ zero and $2h$ purely imaginary roots of characteristic equations, which correspond to simple elementary divisors.
