Abstract:
A formal model was proposed for the hierarchy of needs where the degree of satisfaction of each individual need depends on the resource and the degree of satisfaction of the lower-level needs. For the static model, direct and inverse problems of resource allocation were solved, and the set of critical resources was determined. For the dynamic model, the conditions for attainability of the given level of need satisfaction were established, and the problem of resource allocation to the individual needs was reduced to the problem of optimal management. The problem of allocation of the organization's resources to motivation of employees was formulated.
