Analysis and calculation of queuing system with delay

Consideration was given to the problem of determining the characteristics of queuing system with delay with the use of the spectral decomposition of the solution of the Lindley's integral equation. The load of such system was shown to exceed that of the classical M/M/1 system, and the mean waiting time is smaller.
