Controllability and identifiability of multi-delay dynamic systems

Abstract: Complete controllability and identifiability of autonomous linear differential-difference systems with comparable delays are studied. A continuous current state estimator is constructed from output measurements. A method for computing the stabilizing control is described. Results are extended to parabolic-type autonomous linear partial differential dynamic delay systems.
