Optimal control for a system on a unit simplex in infinite time

Abstract: Optimal control for a semilinear system of first-order partial differential equations in infinite time is studied. The values of control variables belong to a finite-dimensional unit simplex at every instant at every point of the space. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the quality criterion of optimal control to be absolutely maximal are formulated.
