Algorithmizing design of a class of combinatorial block diagrams

An algorithm to design combinatorial symmetrical block diagrams of the class ${B(n,s=p+1,\sigma =1)}$, where $p$ is a simple number, was described and illustrated by an example for $s=7+1$.
