Abstract:
Consideration was given to optimization of the development strategies for the aggregated ecologo-economic model taking into account the innovation factor formalized by a relatively simple and rather general scheme that had appeared in the course of practical modeling of some regional development strategies. The turnpike solution that is not explicitly dependent on the boundary conditions was determined under idealizing assumptions reflecting the specific characteristics of the model (domination of linear control actions). It can be used as an effective initial approximation in the computer experiments estimating the effects of various physical factors. Opportunities for extending this approach to similar multicomponent regional models of arbitrary size with the aim of constructing effective procedures of their practical examination were specified.
