On modeling city traffic systems with hypernetworks

Abstract: We consider basic notions of the theory of $S$-hypernetworks. We show that in terms of that theory, one can describe many systems of network structure adequately enough to find solutions for the problems at hand. In fact, an analytic setting for the analysis and synthesis problems for the structures of the said systems is virtually an imitational model that can be used for problems related to optimization and control of city traffic systems.
