On modeling neural-network protection facilities for computer-aided systems: a formal model of adaptation and operation. II

A formal description of the processes in the neural-network information protection facilities for the computer-aided systems representable as an oriented graph was submitted for discussion. Some propositions concerning parallelism of activation of the graph operator vertices and transformation of its topology were proved.
