Sufficient optimality conditions in the Krotov vector-function. I

Abstract: For optimal control with constraints imposed on the right-hand side as inequalities sufficient optimality conditions are obtained in terms of the existence of a Krotov vector-function and weak local minimum. A method of successive control improvement is described.
