Sufficient optimality conditions in the Krotov vector function. II

As an extention of Ref. [1], the paper discusses optimal control of an ensemble of paths with a minimax criterion and constraints. Sufficient conditions are obtained for ensemble optimality in terms of the Krotov vector-function. In the linear case these conditions become necessary.
