Development and proliferation of a programming product (with reference to INES)

Advice is given on running various stages in development and proliferation of a programming product from the exerience with SUBD INES which features all the characteristic features of a programming product and is widely applicable. The findings can be halpful in working out a common sequence for development and proliferation of program packages.
