The method of stochastic approximation in estimating the parameters of a nonstationary poisson flow

A recurrent algorithm estimation of parameters which are linear in the nonstationary Poisson flow rate is obtained by stochastic approximation. The necessary convergence conditions are obtained and procedure versions are provided. A numerical example is given.
