Ways tо design optimal aperiodic systems

The paper is concerned with design of control systems featuring optimal aperiodic stability degree (OAS) for finitedimensional one-input one-output plants. A sufficient condition is obtained for existence of such a system and a design technique is described. Particular cases of OAS design are given.
