Analysis of closed hyper-erlangean bulk-service networks by the method of fictitious states

A decomposition method for analysis of closed-loop service systems whose servers feature hyper-Erlangean distribution of customer processing times reduces the initial network to its equivalent periodically through introduction of fictitious states with zero service time.
