On distribution of service system states at arbitrary nontested times of customer arrival

A new characteristic of service systems is proposed, conditional distribution of system states at an arbitrary nonnested time with the customers arriving at that time. Examples of computing the distribution and queueing time in a single-line exponential system with a finite source are provided.
