Analysis of decision making principles under incomplete knowledge

The paper is concerned with consistence of the principles underlying the making -of individual decisions under uncertainty and collective decisions with incomplete unity. The concepts of P- and N-kernels are introduced which are extensions of the concepts of Pareto ontimality and Nash equilibrium.
