Models and method of large scale system structure management (with reference to the fuel and energy complex)

The basic problems and objectives of large scale fuel and energy system structure management are formulated; models of managing such structures are surveyed. A typical set of investment models and principles for design of “fuel – energy” optimization and simulation models are described. The potential of improving the management of the national fueld and energy complex are discussed.
