Choosing t h e tolerances of the parameter in checking the operability of an analog device with a list of admissible faults

A method of choosing checks and tolerances is proposed whereby the device is operational if the parameter values stay within chosen tolerances during chosen tests. The data ton distinguishability regions of the parameter in a faultless and in each faulty device is used. Functions are formed whose each addent specifies a solution to the nroblem.
