Abstract:
A description illustrated with examples is given of some models in the state space of linear stationary uniform discrete distributed dynamic systems referred to as linear cellular machines (LCM). The main methods of solving equations of LCM states and outputs. Some results are considered in extending the state space approach to LCM controllability, observability, implementation, stability, design, filtering, and other aspects. A generalization (discrete-argument systems) and certain modifications (systems on finite sets) of LGM's. The application areas and some ways of further research in LCM's are indicated.
