Algorithms for control of a field of radial heat transfers on the surface of a rolling mill roller

For control the field of radial heat transfers on the surface of the roller body algorithms are proposed whereby the coolant flow in the central part of the body and along its lenghth vary with time. In deriving the algorithm heat balance equations are used. Therefore there is no need to solve transcendental equations in finding the control signals.
