On optimizing nonlinear near-periodical oscillatory processes

The paper is concerned with the problem of a minimal squared performance functional on near-periodical solutions of a nonlinear differential equation. The optimal control is expressed explicitly as a function of near-periodical solutions to an auxiliary system.
