The parametric estimation of a flow of plant failures as the extreme reliability values of the elements

Parameter estimates of the flow of failures of the plant or of its repairable elements (blocks and units) are obtained as extreme reliability values of nonrepairable elements in the case when the operating time between failures forms mixtures of exponential distributions.
