An optimality condition in control of a system which is described by a differential equation with a measure

The paper is concerned with optimal control of a system whose dynamics is described by a differential equation with a measure. For this range of problems, which are direct extensions of problems with control of the pulsed type, an optimality condition is obtained in the form of the maximum principle.
