Developing Systems

Using the method of disturbances in problems of approximate optimization for continuous processes (a degenerate case)

V. G. Gaitsgory, M. Ya. Chigirinskii

Kishinev, Moscow

Abstract: The paper is concerned with application of the method of disturbances to control of continuous processes [1]. The findings of [2] are extended to problems in which certain regularity conditions [3] assumed in [2] do not hold. The results for a nonlinear case are first formulated and then updated for a linear programming problem. Two examples are given of applying the findings to design of effective algorithms for control of continuous processes.
