The Krylov and Fadeev methods in the spectrum control problem

To find a linear feedback for solving a modal control problem in scalar control systems, the Krylov and Fadeev techniques of computing mathematics are suggested. For a closed loop system ways to compute eigen vectors are given. For an incompletely controllable system a solution of the control problem for a part of a spectrum is given.
