A finite method то solve a linear problem of controlling a sampled data system

A linear problem in terminal control of a sampled data system is considered. A basic method of its solution relies on the possible dual quasi-singularity of the problem. A theorem that the method cannot run in cycles is proved. An example of numerical computation is given.
