Use of the methodiof planning dependent experiments in computer analysis and optimization of stochastic systems

The paper is concerned with estimation of the performance of a stochastic dynamic system and determining the coefficients of the effect of nonrandom system parameters on its performance by using a computer model. Use of dependent tests permits in­ creasing the accuracy in determining individual effect coefficients while the accuracy of determining the other coefficients deteriorates.
