On estimating the performance of an algorithm for local optimization with a constraint on control signals in problems with projection dynamics

The problem of asymptotic control of a dynamic process with a constrained patb and a constrained control signal is solved by the method of “local” optimization. A working estimate of the asymptotic control performance is found.
