Method of calculation of queueing system characteristics

The functioning of a service system (SS) in random environment and that of repeatedly rcstorable dynamic system are found analogous. Mappings of unconditional probabilities of SS states and stationary values of these states are given. The addends of the results characterize the contribution of the associated SS state probability. The contribution is related to environment state changes effected over the time interval under analysis.
