The fixed point method in parametric optimization problems for systems

Abstract: We propose a new approach to optimizing controlling parameters in dynamical systems based on constructing and solving the fixed point problem in the defined projection operator. This procedure provides the possibility to improve controls satisfying the differential maximum principle and lets us find a strengthened necessary optimality condition.
