Method of optimal planning to reach the normative path in health care services

In optimal long-term planning of long-life resources for the health service the optimality criterion is the time of arrival on the normal path with stabilizing constraints on the control parameter. An optimal algorithm is obtained for planning the hiring of doctors with conventional constraints on the absolute values of the control parameter and the rate of its variation.
